Lot Rent:
$300/month + utilities
Move-In Cost:
One-time $5,000 “key money” fee

• Tenants pay only for what they use
Lease Terms:
Flexible, based on your needs.
Month-to-month options available, including renting one of our tiny homes.
If you choose to buy later, you can move into your own home when ready.
